Arginine acts as a moisturizing agent, aesthetic enhancer, conditioning and neutralizing agent. Provides improved dyeing performance and color retention for a temporary dye and mitigation of irritation potential. It is an amino acid derived product. Prevents color fade oxidative dye. It acts as an anchor for the uptake of PCA and various other amino acids. Arginine is used in make-up, skin care and hair care products.
